Frequently asked questions
Students should wear clean, fitted, movement-appropriate clothing and class-required shoes when applicable. Hair should be secured away from the face, and jewelry or loose accessories should be removed when they create a safety concern.
Consistent attendance supports student progress and class safety. Families should notify Evolve as early as possible when a student will be absent. Makeup options may be offered when available but are not guaranteed.
Trial classes may be offered when available and must follow the same safety, waiver, dress code, conduct, and participation expectations as regular classes.
Minor students are released only to approved parents, legal guardians, or authorized pickup contacts listed in the student account or otherwise approved in writing by Evolve.
Evolve will take reasonable action during a medical emergency, injury, illness, allergic reaction, or urgent safety concern and will make reasonable efforts to contact a parent or guardian as soon as practical.
