Evolve is developing a clear monthly tuition model with registration, trial class, and drop-in policies designed to be easy for families to understand.

Expected Tuition Structure

  • Annual registration fee
  • Trial class options when available
  • Adult fitness and line dance drop-in options
  • Separate pricing for camps, private lessons, events, costumes, or merchandise when applicable

Family Account Notes

Registration, family records, class rosters, billing information, and communications are expected to be managed through Evolve's approved registration and account platform once live.

Families will be responsible for keeping contact, emergency, medical, pickup, and billing information current.

Legal/account note: All registrations are with Evolve Dance and Fitness, LLC. Final agreements, waivers, privacy terms, and payment policies will control once registration opens.
Draft policy note: Current planning includes monthly tuition, registration, payment deadlines, failed payment handling, withdrawal notice expectations, and proration rules. Final published tuition and policies should be reviewed before registration opens.
